Baggs is a scientist. Baggs is very similar to the old Self. His left eye has a distinct magenta glow to it from his corrupted magic. He can’t sleep, and as such is tired all the time. He’s also rather malnourished, partially from working when he should be eating. Baggs’ powers are exclusively focused on hypnosis as a result of his blue magic. In his lab he has test tubes/tank that he can put people filled with water they can breath in, he can put experiments to do More test or look at them.
