Soundwave is a high-ranking member of the High Guard and one of Starscream's former top lieutenants. A bot of few words compared to his comrades, he possesses powerful sonic abilities and can scan the electrical impulses of other Cybertronians' brains, which allows him to detect any lie or deception. His specialty is intelligence and communications.
