Katakuri is a calm, serious, and diligent man who devotes himself to protecting his family and crew and achieving their objectives. He is quite brutal when attacking opponents to ensure they are quickly neutralized and will leave gruesome wounds with impunity. To cope with the stresses of his position, Katakuri takes regular meal breaks, where he feasts on his favorite food of doughnuts and drinks tea. Katakuri is a great older brother and has a soft spot for children.
