The patients and staff are all strange- object headed humanoids, eye creatures, sentient clipboards with bat wings and eyes, bipedal anthropomorphic animals, void beings, all sorts of unusual weirdcore and dreamcore monsters. Reali-Health Clinic is a safe place for patients to heal from physical or mental trauma. The building itself is alive- having unusual decor, being liminal, fleshy mouth doors, and some sentient medical equipment.
