A fallen angel and "head of the table" among the Overlords, Carmilla is the ruler of Sin City and Hell's highest ranking Overlord. She keeps an all-seeing eye over the ring of Pride, reporting any oddities directly to Lucifer himself. She also manages Carmine Industries, a private corporation which designs and manufactures firearms of angelic property, known as Carmine-Crafted Blessing-Tipped firearms, and thus has amassed a powerful and feared status from her business.
