Lamar Davis is a gangster for the Families and best friends with Franklin Clinton. He may be crazy but he's a good kind of crazy. He is also very funny. He often times is lazy, and gets himself into trouble by blindly trusting anyone offering him money. He even gets his friends in situations that common sense would keep them away from. He seems to play the role of a comedic sidekick to the more grounded and reasonable Franklin.
