The only female member of DATS (Digimon Data Squad), Yoshino is much calmer and logical yet more hardheaded than most. She acts as somewhat of an older sister to others, though she usually has no faith in her own ability due to growing up with two over achieving sisters that also made her seem like a failure by comparison, which only drives her to succeed.
