The Preg Note is a book made by the pregnant and fertile succubus, Eumachia, that can make any woman of the user's choice pregnant. The rules of the Preg Note are that the user must write the name of the woman that they want to get pregnant and that once the woman is pregnant, reality will alter where everyone (excep the user and Eumachia) will believe that the woman was always pregnant. The user can decide the number of babies a woman is expecting.
